We receive and hold information in a commercial context. Litigation funding necessarily involves sensitive and confidential subject matter, and we treat all information provided to us accordingly.

  • Your name, email address, telephone number and organisation details, when you submit an enquiry or a matter for assessment;
  • Information about you or your entity that you provide in describing a dispute, claim, or funding request;
  • Correspondence and records of our communications with you; and
  • Technical information collected automatically, such as the pages you visit and the device and browser you use (see Section 4).

We do not generally collect sensitive information (such as health or government identifiers) unless it is reasonably necessary for us to assess a matter and you have provided it or consented to its collection.

  • assess whether a claim or matter meets our funding criteria;
  • communicate with you about an enquiry, assessment, or funding arrangement;
  • structure, document and administer any funding agreement;
